MISSION STATEMENT OF ASIA PACIFIC EDUCATION OFFICE

The Asia Pacific Education Office is a service agency that exists to assist Assemblies of God theological and ministerial training institutions in equipping workers and emerging leaders of the Pacific Rim through networking, training, consultation and resource development.

APEO Strategic Focus:

• Develop and publish educational resource materials for theological and ministerial training institutions
• Work with Bible Schools to:
  
  1. Form strategic alliances with their constituency
  2. Recognize the need for change as they build new models of ministry for the 21st century church
  3. Encourage, model, and pray for spiritual renewal and a greater manifestation of Pentecostal fervor
  4. Deepen the passion and broaden the vision for missions, evangelism, discipleship, and church planting
  5. Establish new and creative delivery systems to take ministry training to where people are.
  6. Conduct Leadership Enhancement and Development Workshops (L.E.A.D.) in theological and ministerial training institutions
  7. Provide consultation and onsite visits to theological and ministerial training institutions
  8. Network with APTA. Global Missions Center at APTS and other education ministries in Asia Pacific
